These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of mokiloy.com and your purchase of products from Mokiloy.

Throughout these Terms, “Mokiloy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RAYOUNGTEK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, the legal entity operating the Mokiloy online store. “You” refers to any visitor, customer, or other user of the website.

By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website.

  1. Online Store Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not introduce malicious code, interfere with website security, use unauthorized automated systems to scrape the website, or attempt to access accounts, information, or systems that do not belong to you.

  1. Product Age Recommendation and Safety

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, Mokiloy miniature houses, book nook kits, and wooden 3D puzzles are recommended for ages 14 and above.

These products may contain small parts, pointed tools, wooden components, adhesives, lighting components, and battery compartments. They are not intended for unsupervised use by young children.

Customers must follow all assembly instructions, safety information, product warnings, and age recommendations supplied with the product.

Batteries are not included unless expressly stated on the product page.

  1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, photographs, materials, included components, specifications, and availability accurately.

Screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing tolerances, natural wood grain, production batches, and manual measurement may result in minor differences.

These minor variations do not affect your statutory rights if a product is materially different from its description, defective, or otherwise non-conforming.

If product information contains an obvious error, we may correct it before accepting or fulfilling the order. If the correction materially affects your purchase, we will contact you before proceeding.

  1. Prices, Taxes, and Charges

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, duties, and other charges will be displayed at checkout where Shopify or the relevant service can calculate them.

For international orders, import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, or carrier handling charges may apply unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included.

Where these charges are not included, the recipient may be responsible for charges lawfully imposed by the destination country, subject to applicable consumer law and the disclosures presented before purchase.

  1. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Obvious pricing or product-information errors;

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;

  • Delivery restrictions;

  • Violation of these Terms; or

  • Applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged.

  1. Payment

Payment is processed through Shopify Payments or another payment provider displayed at checkout.

You confirm that the billing and payment information you provide is complete and accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We do not directly store complete payment-card details. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, orders are shipped from China.

Processing times and estimated delivery periods are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.

Risk of loss passes in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer law.

  1. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, order cancellations, refunds, defective products, incorrect products, and damaged or incomplete orders are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in that policy or these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right, statutory guarantee, or remedy available under applicable law.

  1. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including the Mokiloy name, logos, trademarks, product designs, photographs, illustrations, videos, text, graphics, manuals, packaging, downloadable materials, and page layouts, are owned by or licensed to RAYOUNGTEK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

  1. Customer Submissions

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, suggestions, comments, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it;

  • The content does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;

  • The content is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or malicious; and

  • The content does not contain harmful code or unauthorized advertising.

You retain ownership of your content.

Where you expressly submit content for publication or promotional use, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and share that content for the operation and promotion of Mokiloy, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

We do not claim promotional rights over private customer-service communications merely because they were sent to us.

  1. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, social networks, analytics providers, and other third parties.

We are not responsible for independently operated third-party websites or services. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities;

  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights;

  • Submit false order, account, billing, or payment information;

  • Upload or distribute malicious software;

  • Attempt to bypass website or account security;

  • Use our product images, manuals, packaging, or designs for unauthorized commercial replication.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features or products when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

Products must be assembled, handled, and used in accordance with the instructions and warnings supplied with them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper assembly, use by an unsuitable age group, failure to follow instructions, or use of incompatible tools, adhesives, batteries, or electrical components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory liability for defective products, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer guarantees.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for losses arising from a purchase is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly connected with our breach.

We are not liable for indirect commercial losses, loss of business, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity suffered by business users.

These limitations do not restrict mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers.

  1. Indemnification

Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms.

This section does not apply in a manner that would unfairly limit a consumer’s mandatory rights.

The version applicable to an order is generally the version published when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law or benefits the customer.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, the European Union, or any other applicable jurisdiction of mandatory consumer protections available to them under local law.

Any dispute may be brought before a court having jurisdiction under applicable consumer-protection and private-international-law rules.
